Plan & Coordinate
We engage facilities, infection control, clinical leaders, and security to map phasing, ICRA/ILSM, interim life
safety, noise/vibration windows, and material logistics before day one.
Execute with Precision
ICRA hoarding and negative air go up first. Crews work cleanly and safely—often off-hours—maintaining egress, fire watch, and interim barriers while tracking daily housekeeping and air quality where required.
Inspect & Deliver
We pre-punch, align with IOR checklists, and stage documentation so HCAI, facilities, and clinical leads can close out quickly. Training, O&M manuals, and turnover are smooth—and spaces open ready for care.

and Eddie Rochin came together with a shared vision to elevate the standards of concrete
industry by combining their unique skills and expertise.
Trevvor’s 15 years of service in the Air Force cultivated a foundation of discipline, precision, and
leadership. Eric, an accomplished commercial general contractor, has extensive experience
managing large-scale projects and coordination to deliver exceptional outcomes. Eddie, with
years of experience in the residential concrete industry, contributes practical expertise and a
deep commitment to quality craftsmanship.
